Mojo Monday 127 Hi everyone... I'm so glad to be back !!! I had two days off and I got a lot done, including the Mojo Monday card... Now I'm cleaning my scrap room and switching back an forth between "Two and Half Men" and "LA Ink" ... guess I should Tivo one of them but didn't think of it in time !!

I used "Rusty Pickle" paper, rose stamp from "Inkadinkado" I didn't color it because I am awful at it.. oh, believe me I have tried... so it looked much better this way :) Flower is "Prima" the rest are leftovers from my never ending stash !!

Well, I'm back to work tomorrow... hopefully I will back this weekend with something from my new stamp set from Papertrey Ink... LOVE ( big smile ) everything from them !! check out their website... papertreyink.com. enjoy the rest of your evening... Jen

I Made It !!! Well, I made it through my first five days of full time work (I haven't worked full time in years !)... and I love it !! It's been hard, lifting and unpacking heavy boxes, I'm not a young girl anymore :) putting hundreds of pegs in the displays, but I have already made a lot of new friends, a couple of them even live around the corner from me ! When the store is finished it's going to be great.. the scrapbook section is HUGE ... I was off today so I can't wait to get there tomorrow and see what all has happened, believe me a lot gets done in one day... This is my department... love the sign !!

I did manage to get a page done today.. Alyssa couldn't wait for me to take her picture. I got her a new outfit and a pink heart. The top has sequins on it but you can't see them, so of course she loved it.. anything with sparkles on it (big smile). I used We R Memory Keepers "Heart Attack" paper and embellishments.

I hope to get the Mojo Monday card done sometime this week.. I'm off to eat dinner and watch the Olympics... have a good evening... Jen

Mojo Monday 125... Hi everyone... I have had such a busy week.. I start working full time tomorrow at Michael's.. and I haven't done that in years !! I know I am going to be tired at the end of the day but I'm really looking forward to it.. (big smile;) I will try to update the old blog at least 3 times a week (Try being the operative word) !! Anyway, here is my card for Mojo Monday.. I really like the colors, not the typical valentine red and pink..

I used all leftovers and a stamp from TCP Studio, Spellbinders and a scrap of ribbon I found in my stash.. I keep using scraps and my scrap box is not getting any smaller... what's with that !!

Mojo Monday 124... This will be a quick post... I have a sinus headache and nothing I've taken has worked.. :( As my mom would say "Put on your big girl panties and deal with it !"

I used all scraps, the stamp is from the Michael's dollar bin ( really ) and lots of stickles... I'm going on line to find "Sinus Buster" a friend told me to get some but I can't find it anywhere around here... she said it really works and at this point I will try anything.. Jen

Beautiful Eyes... Yes, my granddaughter has beautiful eyes... I have been wanting to do a page like this for a long time and I finally got a good pic.. We were at the duck pond and she looked up at me and I snapped this real quick !! and then she took off !!

I am officially employed at Michael's...(very dangerous :) I am going to be the Scrapbook Specialist. It's a brand new store and will open in March. I am really looking forward to it, and I am sure I won't make anything the first few months because I will be spending my whole paycheck on "stuff" (big smile) !
