Challenge 51.. Hi everyone, hope you all are having a good day... it's cold and rainy here and I love it :).. Here is my card for the Sassy Cheryl's challenge.. this is my first one, although I have purchased a few digi stamps from her... they are all so cute it's hard to decide, but I just loved this little girl.. she could be used for so many occasions... The challenge was to recycle, repurpose, reuse.... the ribbon and paper are from a birthday gift, and being a scrapper of course I saved it :) I can't wait till the next challenge... this one was so much fun !! Time to go figure out what's for dinner... hugs... Jen

Happy Thursday... Another stamp from the Michael's dollar bin... gotta love those :) I really love the birds and birdcages.. I have a few of these stamps so I'm going to start using them more... The little bird is from another card but when I got it all glittered up it didn't look good.. so it ended up here and looks much better.. ( I know the bird is bigger than the cage, oh well ) . The paper is DCWV, gem is Jolees, chipboard is Tattered Angels, covered with Martha Stewart "Blue Topaz" glitter...
Well, I'm off today so I will be making a lot of cards and some samples for the Cricut display at work... have a great day... hugs... Jen

Ooh La La !!! I LOVE this stamp... isn't it cute :)... it's from Paper Makeup Stamps and it's called "Ooh La La". It comes with three images and seven sentiments.. I can think of so many cards to make with this stamp.... I stamp the background with a Hampton Arts "Fleurdy Stripe" stamp, the pink & black paper is from my stash, I paper pieced the image and colored the ruffles with Copics. And added a little Stickles :) pearls are from Michael's dollar bin... I made a little tulle flower and added a chipboard piece I painted, then added a button.. I covered both of them with some diamond dust... I think I will make a few of these in a lot of colors to have on hand for different occasions... (like I need more cards) .. I have three or more cards to share with you so come back tomorrow... hugs... Jen

Good Morning... In my last post I mentioned the vintage die cuts from K & Co.... well, here are some more (big grin)... For this little wood frame I used the "Flora & Fauna" adhesive borders.. First I painted the frame light pink, then crackled it with Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint in "Clear Rock Candy" (you can see it in the next Picture)... I added some Melissa Frances vintage embellishments... I cut out some of the butterflies from the borders and popped them up for some texture..
A little chipboard piece from Tattered Angels that I painted and stamped.. flower is from Prima and the pin is K & Co... and of course I added my grandkids picture.... next time I make a frame I will need a bigger one... Joseph is going to have a baby brother or sister in August... I am so excited... :)
Thanks for stopping by... enjoy... Jen
