Cross Your Fingers !!! Hopefully this will be our new house... The offer is in and as soon as the bank decides a price we will go from there. It's 2700 sq. ft. and SINGLE story... woohoo !!! I am so tired of stairs :) It also has a great scrap room, there is room for everything ( but knowing me, that won't last long ) four more bedrooms and a pool, we really didn't want one but it comes with the house !!
