CPS 164.. I haven't done a card sketch for CPS in a long time but I was looking at this sketch and really liked it... so... here it is ! I did mine side ways because my image was too big (darn it) ..

I stamped the image then paper pieced and colored it with Copics.. This was really a fun card to make and I love the orange and brown.. don't you ?? Enjoy your day....Jen

Chocolate & Popcorn... Here it is... all wrapped in bags and ready to take to work. It is sooooo good... but anything covered in Chocolate is good :) Very easy to make and everybody loves it..

Mojo Monday 136... Wow.. I have really gotten a lot done this week. I even manged to get the Mojo Monday card done !! Right now I'm listening to Michael Buble, eating some chocolate covered popcorn (will share that with you tomorrow) making cards, organizing my scrap room.... what more could a girl want (huge smile). Well, maybe a margarita !!!

The stamp is "Papertrey ink", paper is Heidi Grace & "Creative Imaginations" and the ribbon is from Michael's and just happened to match the paper.. I love it when that happens :).. Off to work.. see you tomorrow... Jen

Amish Bread... Yummm... this bread is so good.. it's one of those recipes you make and let sit for a few days then add some milk, sugar, flour and then let it sit for a few more days, then when it's time to make it you take out four cups separated into four zip lock bags, to use as a starter... and it starts all over again !!! I have shared it with everyone at work and they love it.. I also made a very good drink I got from Michelle Woodersons blog... (link to the left) It's half cranberry juice half Fresca and lime juice... very refreshing... Well, back to organizing my scrap room.... enjoy.. Jen

Beautiful... It's a beautiful day today her in Cali... in fact its sort of hot !! I have been putting together some more storage for my scrap room, can't wait till it's finished :) Here is a little jewelry box I made for my granddaughter.. she loves pink just like her Grammie (big smile) I got the box at Michael's, painted it cream color. I stamped the sides with "Tattered Rose" and "Worn Lipstick" ink (Ranger) then added some pretty birdcage paper (Basic Grey) to the top then I inked the whole box with "Vintage Photo" (Ranger) because it was too bright and I wanted it to look a little more vintage..

Then I made a crepe paper flower, added some pretty ribbon (Memrie Mare) a Prima flower and some glittery hearts and a keyhole (Melissa Frances) and a fancy pearl swirl (Want2Scrap)... The little girl image is from Crafty Secrets...

I'm sure she will put all of her headbands in it.. all of a sudden she loves headbands !!! I think I am going to go sit out in the back yard for a while and soak up some sun.. Hope you are having a good weekend... Jen

Wonderful Mother... Not much to talk about today. I'm off to work, it's the all day crop at Michaels today..( I know, doesn't sound much like work does it :) A few of my friends are coming and I'm really looking forward to seeing them.. I made this card for my "Wonderful Mother" I have really been missing her lately. We are only 30 minutes away, but with working full time and all of the other stuff I have to do I don't get to see her very often.. The little birds are from "Crafty Secrets", stamp is "Stampin Up" the chipboard is "Tattered Angels" and the scrunchy ribbon ( love it ) is from "Memrie Mare", check out all of her ribbon on etsy.com...

Mojo 135... Hi everyone, it's cloudy and rainy here today.. usually I love it but I'm ready for spring !! We will soon be planting some trees and flowers in our new yard (can't wait) so I'm ready for some good weather. I have been putting together some storage units for my scrap room but had to take a break to do the Mojo Monday card..

I used a new "Crafty Lounge" stamp set, Isn't she cute !! I will be doing a lot more with this image..

Here you can see a little sparkle on her wings, I had to add some Stickles.. they add so much to anything you put them on.. and a new Spellbinders die "labels four"and my Copics... would love any comments, let me know what you think... Enjoy the rest of your day... Jen

New Hat !!! Isn't this the cutest kid you've ever seen !!! Well, I think so :) He got a new hat with the character from "How to Train Your Dragon" on it and I told him to put it on so I could take his picture, this is how he did it and every time I tried to straighten it he would turn it around.... he thought that was very funny so that is the picture I took !! He also had on a new "Cars" shirt... he was one happy boy ! I used some Teresa Collins paper, Bazzill and various letters and a accordion fold flower ( they look a little more manly !) I covered the word "hat" & the center of the flower with Glossy accents.. looks really cute.. Hope you all are having a good week... I had today off and will be off again Thursday so I hope to get the Mojo Monday card done. I am also redoing my scrap room, will share that with you in the future when it is all done.. Enjoy ... Jen

Sunshine... I everyone, sorry I've been gone so long but sometimes life just gets in the way !! I found this cute sunflower stamp on sale and just had to have it :) I colored it with Copics and added some stickles..

Inside it says... "Hope You're having a good day... I miss you :(" I'm sending it to a friend of mine I haven't seen for a while..

Have you ever bought any of these candles ??? They are wonderful, the scent lasts FOREVER and they come in a really cute box !! this one is Tuberose..They are from France and are called "Seda France". Invisibles.... Love these colors !! :) I did this as a sample page to show how to use the Heidi Swapp "Invisibles".. these are so cool, you can add any color with almost any medium. I used orange and pink Cat's Eye ink & chalk.. to match her dress... Lots of flowers but not to much to take away from the page... and a little bling :)

Here is a closer pic of the swirl outline, I inked and then rubbed the surface with a paper towel.

The swirl on the picture was done on the computer, you really should try this technique..so fun !! Enjoy the rest of your day, I'm off to work.. will have some more samples to share in a couple days... Jen

Easter Pages... Hi everyone... hope you all had a good week, I sure did !! had yesterday off and got a lot done, all of the normal stuff you do on your day off and I got 2 pages done for my class at work.. I used only the Cricut and Gypsy to do the pages and I think they turned out very cute.. I used various cartridges and welded them on the Gypsy (so cool)

TGIF !!! Wow... this week went really fast.. it's Friday and I have the weekend off "woo hoo".. Here is another Easter card, made with all scraps and a cute little lamb from PC Crafters.. I just love their clipart ! I still can't find my Easter stamps since the move... I'm sure there out in the garage in the boxes I still have to empty.. :( Oh, well... someday ! Mojo 132 ........ I love this sketch.. both are very cute but I did the square one.. and also got another Easter card done in the process !! (whew) And as usual it is much cuter in person.. It's cold and rainy here today so my lighting wasn't very good.

I used a DCWV nursery paper pack because I couldn't find any Easter paper that I liked and this pack had a lot of pastel papers with Bunny's and little animals on it.. perfect !! More Prima flowers, stamp is from Stampin' Up. I am going to work on a page for my grandson, and some more Easter cards.. and I think I will also take a nap ! It's that kind of weather ...
